Silicon-based single photon avalanche diode (SPAD) and large-scale single photon detection array (SPAD array) realize a ultra-high sensitivity photoelectric detection and high-density integration. It can be widely used in LiDAR, biomolecular fluorescence imaging, biological cell metrology, radiation monitoring, high energy physics and other application fields.
3D ToF image sensor integrates a single photon detection array, high-speed ranging circuit, digital signal processing, memory, MCU and interface into a single chip (SoC). It provides a highly integrated solution for LiDAR and 3D depth camera, enabling a easy-design, low-power, and low-cost system.
Based on the 3D image sensor developed by visionICs, specially designed optical system and laser emission module, visionICs has launched a variety of solid-state LiDARs for different applications. In contrast to the traditional mechanical scanning LiDAR, the solid-state LiDAR launched by visionICs has no mechanical rotating components, which leads to higher reliability and stability.
The sensor fusion platform launched by visionICs uses the independently designed lidar system, millimeter wave radar and camera data for sensor fusion. Based on the original data of lidar, our solution provides 2D / 3D sensor fusion and system level solutions for cutting into a variety of different applications.
